Purpose of processing

If you sign up through the form, your email address will be processed in order to notify you about the launch of snootec.

Hosting and server log files

When this website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technical access data, in particular the IP address, date and time of access, the requested file or URL, transferred data volume, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This processing is carried out to provide, maintain and secure the website on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

If snootec uses the same infrastructure as the main website, hosting is expected to be provided by webgo GmbH; domain and DNS services may additionally be provided by united-domains AG. Please verify these provider details before going live based on your actual setup.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

Mailchimp

The notification form uses Mailchimp, a service provided by The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a Mailchimp, 405 N Angier Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA. The data entered into the form is transmitted to Mailchimp and processed there for the delivery and administration of notifications.

Categories of data

At minimum, your email address is processed. Depending on the Mailchimp configuration, additional technical metadata may also be processed where necessary for form operation, security, and proof of signup.

International data transfers

When using Mailchimp, personal data may be processed outside the EU or EEA, in particular in the United States. Mailchimp refers to its Data Processing Addendum, Standard Contractual Clauses, and its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Double opt-in and proof of consent

Double opt-in should be enabled in Mailchimp for this form. After signing up, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your address once more. This helps document consent and better protects the list against misuse.

Retention period and withdrawal

Your data will be stored until the purpose no longer applies or until you withdraw your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, for example by email to sadaf@noorzi.de or via the unsubscribe link in a Mailchimp email.

Recipients

Recipients of the data are the controller and the technical service providers used, in particular hosting providers and Mailchimp as a processor or external service provider in connection with notification delivery.

SSL / TLS encryption

This website should only be delivered over HTTPS using encryption. Only in this way can transmitted data be adequately protected during transfer.

Cookies and local storage

At present, this landing page does not set its own analytics or marketing cookies. Independently of this, technically necessary processing may occur on Mailchimp’s side once the form is actively used.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
